Spotify, the world’s most popular music streaming platform, continues, through its worldwide campaign EQUAL, to champion women artists around the globe. One Greek singer, together with 35 other female singers from 50 countries, and their songs, are included in the worldwide Equal Global playlist on Spotify as well as in the corresponding local playlists.

For Greece, the great Haris Alexiou was chosen by SPOTIFY as ambassador of this initiative for the first quarter of the new year, with her photograph serving as the cover of EQUAL GREECE!

Haris Alexiou features on the EQUAL GREECE and EQUAL GLOBAL playlists with “FYGE” (“LEAVE”), her collaboration with LEX included on her recent album REWORKS, released by ESTIA RECORDINGS and MINOS EMI/UNIVERSAL.

“FYGE”, which was loved from the very first moment, has surpassed 3 million streams in total and 1.4 million views, and reached the top positions of the charts on YouTube, Spotify and Shazam.
